About Dan

I have 17 years professional fitness coaching experience, the majority of it full time. I spent multiple years in corporate wellness, then self employed in a garage gym creating and running a group fitness program of up to 65+ clients. I've coached 10,000+ hours 1 on 1, in groups, and online. In my 20's I was a national level competitive powerlifter. I have been drug free my entire life.

Now I work a sedentary office job from home with two small children. I built this method for myself in order to stay in the best shape possible with the absolute least amount of time and focus required. It took 3 years to refine.

The method is so effective that I started using it on clients, and then codified the whole thing here for free. Anyone can do the method on their own. The coaching is for people who want my eyes on them watching, adjusting, and teaching the details.
